In an effort to protect Mother Nature, International Yoga Day is a Zero Waste Event. Bring a snack to eat and to share. They encouarge the use of reusable containers for water and to food. Bring your yoga mat. Family friendly.

To recognize the significance of Yoga, for the first-time 175 countries came together to pass a United Nations General Assembly resolution declaring 21st June as the International Day of Yoga.
